Hi.
I don't know if I am posting this to the right category.
I am looking for good affordable stereo microphone to use for recording birds and other sounds mainly outside my house.
I am looking for a microphone with a mini jack so I can plug it to my plextalk ptr2 recorder.
For now I cannot afford to buy a stand alone digital recorder that's why I am looking for microphones instead.
The plextalk ptr2 has got a decent internal microphone for recording birds but it is in mono.
I had the zoom h1 in the past but it is broken now.
So since I have the ptr2 I want to make the most out of it.
My scenario is to take microphone and recorder out for a few hours, leave it there to record and then go and get it.
So I don't mind if it's not very portable.
I could use a stand if needed.
So I hope you can help me.
I think for now the most I can afford is something between 50 and 80 euros or 80 to 120 us dollars.
